Telegram helps you better manage your iPhone storage

And in the recent update announced by the messaging service, it provides new settings to even better manage this storage.“With this update, you can add separate auto-clean settings for cached media in private exchanges, groups, and channels with exceptions for specific exchanges”, we read in the announcement of the Telegram update.

“New pie charts help you see what’s taking up space, and dedicated tabs for Media, Files, and Music let you clean up larger items in just a few steps.”, adds the messaging service. In essence, it will be easier to delete unnecessary files, while retaining those that you consider important. And it will also be easier to visualize this storage space occupation by Telegram thanks to the graph.

Telegram is full of new features

These new settings for managing the cache are not the only new features of Telegram. For fans of films and series, messaging is also improving its anti-spoiler system. The hiding system was already available for text messages and now it can also hide photos and videos containing spoilers. Telegram is also updating its drawing tools. And now you can create profile photos for your contacts (photos that only you can see).

On groups, administrators have the option to hide the list of members, on groups with more than 100 members.“This way, if people don't post messages in the group, only its admins will know that they are members of the group”, explains the messaging service. Otherwise, the Android application has new animations and Telegram also offers some new features regarding animated emojis.
