An operation that has become essential for many families. In 2022, it had attracted 800,000 unique users generating millions of content. The BETC agency, which developed it, is renewing it this year with new options.
How to receive a message from Santa

Two options are available to you: personalized video or audio story. For the video, write your message and choose one of the five settings offered. Santa Claus will appear in his office, on his sleigh or even in an environment that you have personalized with familiar elements.
To receive apersonalized audio stories, simply indicate the first name of the child for whom it is intended, as well as two other elements specific to him: his favorite activity, his favorite hero or his daily habits.
