Apple is not finished with its new Macs, two more computers are expected

Apple has just presented this Monday afternoon,a new version of its colorful iMac. If this screen computer sold for €1,499 in France is not very different from its predecessor, at least in terms of design, its M4 chip should give it a significant extra power. You can find the presentation video of the iMac M4 below.

To announce it, Apple did not organize a keynote, these large filmed conferences where new Apple products are paraded for the whole world to see. Instead, the apple brand contented itself with a simple press release, published in the middle of the afternoon here in France.

If this announcement is surprising in the way it is done, you will have to get used to it. Indeed, Apple has already announced that two other computers will be presented in the coming days. And there will still be no question of doing a keynote about them. Apple will publish press releases for each of these products, to everyone's surprise.

Mac mini et MacBook Pro

These two highly anticipated new computers are the Mac mini and the MacBook Pro. Like the iMac they should be equipped with an M4 chip, for more power and an optimized configuration to receiveApple Intelligence, Apple's AI.On the MacBook Pro side, the expected design changes should be fairly minor. The latest rumors simply mention the arrival of a third Thunderbolt port on the left edge of the device.

It is on the Mac mini that all expectations rest. Many analysts and specialists from the Apple brand, including journalist Mark Gurman, renowned as one of the most reliable sources possible, have announced that the next Mac mini would be entitled to an impressive design.

The device should be much smaller, taking the size of an Apple TV decoder. This change in size should not, however, prevent it from being very powerful, thanks to a new internal architecture allowing the components to be grouped together in a smaller space. Apple has already demonstrated this technology and know-how with the latest iPad Pro M4, the thinnest tablet ever produced by the Apple brand.
