Curve supports Apple Pay: make any credit card compatible with Apple contactless payment

This week, various French banks finally announced support for Apple Pay. There wasCrédit Agricoleinitially, followed byCrédit Mutuel and CIC. And more recently, compatibility with Apple Pay has also arrived at Curve.

Curve is not a bank, but a banking service whose main advantage is being able toaggregate multiple bank cards. For example, you can have a first Crédit Mutuel bank card and a second ING Direct bank card, both registered with Curve.

And with the Curve bank card, when you want to pay, you can define, before payment, which of the two bank cards will be debited.

But it becomes even more practical now that Curve iscompatible with Apple Pay. This support announced a few days ago for France means that you canmake any bank card Apple Pay compatible, via Curve.

So certainly, as seen inour list of French banks currently compatible with Apple Pay, there are no longer many banks that do not support Apple's remote payment solution. Despite everything, Curve remains practical if you are, for example, at ING Direct or LCL and you absolutely want to take advantage of Apple Pay now.

And without necessarily needing Apple Pay, Curve has some nice advantages for those who regularly juggle several bank cards. Furthermore, like many young banking services, everything can be managedfrom iPhone, in the iOS app, including the first registration.
