Official opening date for Molotov.tv: “reinvented” TV on smartphone, tablet and computer

The first time the service
Molotov.tvmade people talk about him, it wasin June of
last year
. This streaming service should make it possible to find the replay
television of many channels grouped together on a single service and on
all machines:tablet and smartphonein the lead
!

Created by Pierre Lescure (co-founder of Canal +) and Jean-David Blanc
(founder of Allociné), the replay platform had toopen your
doors in March
, this is not the case and the beta did not seem to accept
new testers for months, raising the question of the sustainability of the
concept. But now, on the occasion of the International Exhibition of Programs
televisions (MIPTV), alaunch date has been made official,
as well as thefree service.

It will therefore be more than a year after the first communications, the11
next July
that Molotov.tv will light up its screens.

The service is advertised as free, without knowing what is included
precisely in this gratuity. It will thus offer more than a hundred channels
opening, including the 26 TNT channels for free.

At the same time, a distribution agreement was signed with the Canal+ Group
which will allow access to the D8, D17 and iTélé channels as well as the seven channels
premium Ciné+ (Ciné+ Premier, Ciné+ Frisson, Ciné+ Emotion, Ciné+ Famiz, Ciné+
Club, Ciné+ Classic and Ciné+ On Demand).

We will therefore have to wait 4 additional months to check whether the promise
of "reinvent the uses of viewers, and offer a completely new
model of access to programs and channels
" is held.
