Last week, Apple updated iOS 17. The OS then went to version 17.0.1 to correct various bugs and several security flaws. This update did not last long, since last night, it was overtaken by iOS 17.0.2. This software, delivered automatically on all iPhone 15,can now be installed on all iPhones compatible with iOS 17.
What's new with iOS 17.0.2
As mentioned in our previous article already mentioning the arrival of this new version of iOS 17, this is to correct a bug which could sometimes occur during a data transfer between an old and a new iPhone. A rather annoying malfunction, it must be admitted, at a time when many iPhone users are changing models following the release of the new range.
A new iOS never arrives alone
Alongside iOS 7.0.2, watchOS 10.0.2 has appeared. But if the first can be installed on all compatible iPhones, for the second, only Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 watches are affected. Here again, this involves correcting flaws and bugs, without however making any notable modifications.
According to some feedback however, watchOS 10.0.2 could fix amalfunction affecting the Weather application on the watch, resulting in particular in an all-white display of temperature data.
Let's finish by remembering that the star of the week on the Apple software side is indeed macOS Sonoma. This new version of the Mac OS was released last night for everyone. Seeour guide dedicated to this subjectto find out in particular if you can install it, how to install it and what new features to discover once the update has been carried out.
Notice to Apple Watch users who have installed watchOS 10, watchOS 10.0.1 or watchOS 10.0.2, are you affected by data readability issues in the Weather app?
