Appleby lotits new iPhone 16 (and its 16 Plus version) in September 2024. Design
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus have a few additional features such asbouton Actionand thenew camera control button. These two options do not exist on the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus which have a ring/silence switch at the top left of the edge. The iPhone 16/16 Plus also benefits from Dynamic Island, which is not the case for the iPhone 14/14 Plus (the feature arrived on the iPhone 14 Pro).

Conclusion: iPhone 14/14 Plus or 16/16 Plus, which one to choose in 2024?
Better in photos, raw power, video, autonomy, features (Action and camera buttons, and Apple Intelligence), the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus outperform the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus. But are these differences worth the €220 to €250 that separate the two generations? In our opinion, yes, just for a bet on the future and the development of Apple Intelligence. On the other hand, if you manage to find an iPhone 14 or 14 Plus on sale, second hand or refurbished with at least €300 less than the Apple price, we advise you to go for it!
