A recent study
was interested in the reliability of smartphones. Made by a website
question/answer, it presents figures to say the least
surprising.
After processing more than700,000 requests and questions,
having sorted them by manufacturer and compared to the market share, FixYa assigned
a note to each and arrived at the table below showing that
the iPhone is by far the most popular smartphone
reliable.
Explication :
The table below presents the results of the study. For information,
the higher the score, the more reliable the manufacturer.
If we believe the figures,the iPhone is 3 times more reliable than
Samsung smartphones, 5 times more reliable than those of Nokia and 27 times
more reliable than those of Motorola.
Alongside this, FixYA published a list of 5 problems that
come back most frequently with each manufacturer. Here are those from Apple
and from Samsung:
