Apple regularly files
patents, and often the public becomes aware of them thanks to the American patent office.
patents and trademarks which publishes these patents on its site.
And today, a new patent filed by Apple has just made its
appearance. This describes a bracelet for Apple which would integrate a
flexible screen.
According to the sketches provided by Apple to the patent office, this bracelet
coulddisplay light indicationsto alert
the user, for example in the event of new messages or notifications.
In the documents related to this patent, Apple also indicates that this screen
flexible could be integrated into theiPhone cables and
iPad, as well asfastening systemslike a
brassard pour iPhone.
Earlier this year, when the Apple Watch was released, a
connection socket had been spottedby the owners
of Apple Watch, which is currently not used by Apple, but by
accessories manufacturers in order to offer connected bracelets.
However, this connection socket is not there by chance, and this new
patent gives an idea of how Apple intends to exploit it.
This system, if one day adopted by Apple for its Apple Watch, could
enable users to have quicker and easier access to
certain information without needing to look at the watch screen.
