It persists: Apple ready to launch its Augmented Reality glasses with Carl Zeiss, starting this year according to R.Scoble

Last month, the famous blogger and
American evangelist, Robert Scoble, said, citing close sources
of the Carl Zeiss company that a partnership has been established with the firm of
Cupertinoto launch augmented reality glasses in 2018.

On the occasion of a recent video podcast of the show "This Week in Tech"
with Leo Laporte, Robert Scoble reaffirmed thatglasses in reality
increased
made in Apple could come out and advanced the window
launchfrom next summer.

The American blogger who cites numerous high-ranking and close sources
of the project, suspects that the announcement of this new productcould
coincide with another important announcement
regarding the new
Apple headquarters or even the 10th anniversary of the iPhone.

Still according to Robert Scoble, it could beglasses rather
light
because most of the electronics would be located elsewhere
leaves as a connected and worn object or even in the iPhone.

And so these are not augmented reality glasses that can
operate in independent mode, but relying on another object, a little
like the Apple Watch + iPhone couple.

The Carl Zeiss company was present at CES 2017 in Las Vegas in the part
reserved for augmented reality but had nothing new to show, because
according to ScobleApple banned them from showing anything
which could give a clue about their future new product.

The Cupertino company has in the past proven that it is interested in
field of augmented reality through its CEO, Tim Cook, who
declared in July 2016 during a conference call with
investors that augmented reality was a sector with great potential.

Could this be the "One more thing" that could be unveiled jointly with
the special 10th anniversary iPhone? You will have to wait for
next more concrete rumors and perhaps an official announcement
d’Apple.
