iPhone 2018 rumors: only one new Oled iPhone X this year, an SE with wireless charging in the first half?

According to the latest reports from the
reliable analystMing-Chi
Kuo
from KGI Securities, Apple would plan three new iPhones this year,
a 6.1-inch LCD model, and two OLED models in 5.8 and 6.5 inches.

But a DigiTimes analyst has just published new forecasts that
different from those of Ming-Chi Kuo, namely that the Cupertino firm
would proposea single iPhone with OLED screenwith a size of
6.5 inches, and no 5.8 inch model, and also a
successor to the iPhone SE in the first half.

Regarding the iPhone SE, DigiTimes forecasts corroborateother rumorson this model
second generation which would benefit from some improvements such as the
wireless charging, moreno 3D Touch.

DigiTimes claims that the Apple firm has tested several iPhone designs
for 2018, a 5.8-inch LCD model, a 6.1-inch LCD model, an OLED model
6.1 inches and a 6.4 inch OLED model, and which Apple would have finally opted for
for a single OLED model with a larger screen size.

According to this new report, the three iPhones would betwo models
LCD in 5.8 and 6.1 inches
, and an iPhone with screenOLED of a
6.5 inch size
, however DigiTimes underlines that the firm of
Cupertino reportedly has no final decision on the next iPhone lineup.

It would be really strange if Apple abandoned the 5.8-inch OLED format
a year after its introduction with the iPhone
best track record regarding future product predictions
Apple.

Between the reports of KGI and DigiTimes, the forecasts of the first and especially
from its star analyst Ming-Chi Kuoare more reliable, as
this has been demonstrated in the past.

Earlier this week,Ming-Chi
Kuo predicted
that the 6.1-inch LCD model would integrate technology
LCD display superior to older generations of iPhone from Japan
Display, which is called "Full Active LCD" and allows very thin borders, a
resolution of 2,160 x 1080 pixels and a screen ratio of 18:9.
