Indeed, according to the mediaNPR, TikTok is reportedly planning to file acomplaintin the California courts where its local headquarters is based. Objective: to demonstrate that the measures taken by the businessman at the head of the second world power are unconstitutional.

TikTok intends in particular to highlight thelack of right of reply, as well as the unfounded accusations that were allegedly made against him.
