Apple warns you if a loved one is spying on you with an AirTag

A new batch of features, called in EnglishItem Safety Features, has just been detected inthe latest beta version of iOS 14.5 released just a few days ago. This is not the first time that we have spotted it, since it had been discovered in the code of a previous edition of the platform as recently as last November - although this one did not was not yet available to the general public- before finally being deleted.

What this improvement does is actually notify you if an unknown AirTag has potentially been placed in your belongings and thiswithout your knowledge. These gadgets, which are still only rumors to this day, are quite simply an equivalent of Tile's connected objects. Also like those from Samsung, they allow you to geolocate them remotely by placing them in items that are often lost.

The process

The principle, which therefore consists of sending a notification directly to your iPhone if one of these Bluetooth accessories is tracking you without your consent, would therefore guarantee moreconfidentiality.
