Indeed, it is today that Apple has chosen to publish the 4th beta version
d’iOS 7.

Developers will then be able to start discovering it and continue
their work of adaptation to iOS 7:

As usual, this new version can be downloaded and installed
directly from the iPhone or iPad. It is of course also available
on the Apple Developer Portal.
