The third developer beta of iOS 18.2 has just been released. It includes its share of new features and modifications, in particular for Apple Intelligence, which will not arrive until April 2025 in France. If you press the key while your iPhone 16 screen is off, it will turn on and you will have to press it a second time for Camera to open. Now it is possible to access the application onlywith a press of the camera control button. For this to work, you have to go to Settings, go to Display and Brightness and deactivate the setting requiring you to wake up the screen to open Camera with the touch key.

Of course, the public version of iOS 18.2 expected next December should allow all iPhone 16 owners to do the same.
