He adds: “This is where it gets exciting. You have an idea – which is unproven and unsolved, since a solved idea is a product – and the only tangible thing about the idea is the problems. When someone says it's not possible, and you're shown that it's not, you have to think and behave in a different way. You must accept, with courage, that it is possible.»
