test different protection solutions for the iPhone 5, whether robust with
the two Otterbox models, or
inexpensive and which is forgotten with this model, we couldn't pass
alongside the products offered byNoreve, society of Saint
Tropez which we have already been able to appreciateTHE
products for iPhone 4/4S here.
It is therefore a
vintage leather flap cover available herewho passed between our
hands for this newaccessory test
iPhone.

The Norêve packaging remains true to itself, namely class: box in
cardboard and fabric pouch to protect the case. If given as a gift,
no doubt it will have a small effect!
The case itself is made of leather, with a classic smell and
Noreve weapons signed by a discreet logo.
The model tested is in so-called “vintage” leather, a great classic from
Noreve, very differentof
iPhone 4S model tested here(there is a wide variety of colors and
leathers). It is a soft, marked leather with character and which will evolve
over time and patina to become smooth.
The finish, both interior and exterior, is very good: the
rare visible seams (at the connection with the flap) are clean
and clean. As for the cutouts, they are finished with a varnish of
leather color: it's clean and crisp.
Setting up the machine is done in the classic way by entering a
side then the other: you have to force a little but nothing serious or
crippling, it is on the contrary the assurance that it will not slip with the
time. Borders hold it firmly on the side but also on the
on it, no movement detected, the whole thing is perfectly
homogeneous.
Corner protection is ensured with rounded edges on all
on the sides, cutouts leaving all the functions accessible:
buttons, speakers, volume, photo cell. It is possible to connect a
headphones and listen to music without having to keep the case open. On the other hand, at
note for those who are not used to flip cases, it will be necessary to charge
the iPhone with the case open, it's classic but worth knowing.
The grip is very pleasant, the slightly rounded edges ensuring
good comfort while the additional thickness is there, but we leave
so thin that it remains very reasonable in a pocket by
example.
A flap is positioned on the top of the machine, without it
risk of damaging it, it is entirely covered in the same leather as the top
of protection. On the other hand, even if it has a slight shape to pinch the
machine, it will be necessary to see over time whether it remains well attached. This is
rarely the case for this type of pouch, you should know that. We
let's see!
In use, the case is attractive, of undeniable quality, protective
definitely and practical (but not everyone likes flip cases!).
No defects were noted either in the design or quality of the
add.
