After several developer beta versions, the very first public beta version of the new OS for the Apple Watch can be downloaded and installed on devices.Watch compatibles.
You must first register withbeta test programhere at Apple on beta.apple.com. Those who have already tested beta versions of iOS or watchOS in the past normally do not need to re-register. They simply need to identify themselves with the account used the previous times.
Once connected to your beta tester account at Apple, you must validate the clauses of the beta test program. Then just go to “beta.apple.com/profile» in order to download a specific “profile”. Better to go to this address through the Safari browser from the iPhone or iPad, this will make it easier for you to recover and install the profile.
After launching the profile, choose Apple Watch as the installation location, then restart the device when prompted.
Finally, launch the Watch app on your iPhone and go toMy Watch > General > Software Update. Enter your iPhone or Apple Watch passcode if asked. The update then begins.
ATTENTION: with watchOS, there is no way to go back. If you installed watchOS 7 and are subject to numerous bugs, you will not be able to revert to a stable version of watchOS 6.
