iPhone Conference September 10: there would be a “One More Thing”, but which one?

The man named CoinX, a user of the Twitter platform, published a tweet on his account indicating that there would indeed be a “One More Thing” planned tomorrow evening during the Apple keynote.

And CoinX's revelations should not be taken lightly, given that it has in the past correctly predicted various new Apple products, including the removal of the headphone jack from the 2018 iPad Pro, or even the names of the iPhone from last year.

He therefore seems to have well-informed sources. According to him, there would then be a fairly surprising new feature which would be revealed tomorrow evening at the end of the presentation. Here are the possibilities for new products that could constitute a unique announcement.

A 16′ MacBook Pro: unlikely

We know that Apple is working on anew 16-inch screen diagonal laptop. But while such a novelty could constitute a nice “One More Thing”, the Cupertino company has made a habit of presenting new Macs at an October conference. This “One More Thing” of tomorrow should not concern Macs

On the new HomePod/AirPods side: unlikely

There have been rumors for several months now about the preparation of a new entry-level HomePod speaker. Our colleagues at iDropNews also highlight the possibility of seeing a headphone version of the AirPods appear, which could be called StudioPods. But neither of these two new features should be of sufficient importance for a “One More Thing”.

Augmented reality glasses: probable

The augmented reality headset or glasses project at Apple is no longer really a secret. For many months now, regular reports have mentioned the development of such a product in the offices of the Californian firm. And then we know the latter and Tim Cook are particularly attracted to mixed reality technologies.

The information found also implies that everything would be in place in iOS 13 to support the use of these object trackers. In our opinion, this would be the novelty with the best chance of constituting Apple's surprise announcement.
