On Weibo, a very popular social network in China, the informantSetsuna Digitalquite known for its previous predictions, Apple has just delivered new details about iOS 17.
According to him, the next major version of the iPhone software should include significant changes for a particularly practical specificity:the control center. For those who don't see what this means, it's actually the panel that can be deployed by swiping down from the top right corner of the screen. This panel notably includes buttons to activate/deactivate Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, but also settings to modify the brightness of the screen or even the volume.

He should in any case know anew refresh with iOS and iPadOS 17. The source does not give further details on this subject however. Still, at the start of the month, there was already a rumorof a brand new control center coming under the next version of iOS.
Personally, the control center suits me well as it is. Both visually and in terms of functionality. On the other hand, I dream of being able to add personalized shortcuts to it. This would multiply the possibilities. We could, for example, integrateour shortcut for turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth completely.
Otherwise, let's not forget to mention the other iOS 17 changes that tipster Setsuna Digital just announced:
- Customization options forapp library(App Library)
- Lyrics support for Apple Music in the lock screen
- Improved brightness management for the flashlight function
- Ability to share lock screen presets
- And other improvements regarding lock screen customization
It's up to you to tell us what possible improvements to the Control Center are coming in iOS 17.
To know everything about iOS 17,it's here. And see you at thenext WWDC at the beginning of Junesee what Apple really has in store for us on iPhone and iPad in particular.
