Apple would prepare a new powerful Apple TV, for AAA games

According to the pseudonymous informantchoco_bit, active on Twitter, the Californian firm is preparing both new TV boxes, but also new games for Apple TV in the AAA category.

These three “A”s are used to qualify large-scale games, potential hits, or in any case those for which the greatest resources are developed. We can cite titles like Assassin's Creed on consoles, or even GTA, Watch Dogs and the FIFA series.

According to the source, therefore, Apple would prepare games of this triple-AAA magnitude for Apple Aracde.

Apple Arcade is getting BIG money poured into it. There are currently titles in the works that are aiming to rival the likes of Breath of the Wild, which is why new A12X/Z AppleTV, "A14X-like" AppleTV, and Controller are in the works.

Some games will require A13 and up to run ??‍♀️

And to play it, new Apple TVs would be planned with a new A14X processor derived fromthe A14 seen on the latest iPad Airpresented in September.

This will be a big leap in performance compared to the current generation of Apple TV boxes, which feature an aging A10X Fusion processor. In addition, the Cupertino company is reportedly studying the development of a new tvOS controller to possibly offer a gaming experience even closer to the home consoles we know.

The goal of the maneuver will obviously be to bring more people to Apple TV and of course more players to Apple Arcade.

At the same time, remember that Apple recently announced the arrival in the fall of Apple One, the group subscription. The latter,as seen there, will allow you to make interesting savings on Apple services and in particular to enjoy Apple Arcade for free by paying the equivalent of a subscription to Apple Music in addition to a subscription to Apple TV+.

The game definitely seems to be a bet for the future for Tim Cook.
