According to a brand new rumor from
from the bloggerEvan Blass, or a
source regularly aiming right, the iPhone 7 could be presented
during the week of September 12. It's not a
information of the most risky to give however, given that the previous
Apple smartphones were also unveiled in early September. Without really
no surprise either, since this had already been reported to many
times, the new iPhone 7 could be deliveredwithout socket
helmet. On the other hand, a study by Deutsche Bank mentions an adapter
which could be supplied with it, that's rather new...
What presentation and release date for the iPhone 7?
Two years ago, Apple unveiled its iPhone 6 lineup on September 9, 2015, it
then had to wait 3 days before being able to pre-order it. It is
then the19
septemberthat the machine was available in store. Regarding the iPhone
6s, pre-orders also started on September 12, for availability
on September 25.
If Ewan Blass is right, we can imagine a conference of
presentation of the new iPhones on Tuesday 13, then pre-orders at
around Thursday September 15 or Friday September 16, for aavailability
towards the end of September, Friday 23For example.
What two casques?
The other rumor of the day concernsthe supply of an adapter
Lightning-prise audio Jackin the iPhone 7 box. It comes from
from a rather serious source, since it is a report from the
Deutsche Bankbased on revelations from certain
Apple subcontractors.
The iPhone 7 should therefore arrivewithout Jack socket, more
would come with a Lightning-Jack adapter allowing you to plug in any
headphones with classic jack on the iPhone while converting
audio from digital to analog.
As pointed out9to5Mac, that
still seems curious. Apple is known for making clear decisions
and clear regarding its devices (separation of mobile and Mac OS by
example, switching to Lightning on iPhones and iPads, etc.).
This adapter provided would reflect a doubt about the relevance of the
removal of the Jack socket. Also, what about the headphones that come with the iPhone,
would they keep the jack for use with an adapter?
Would they rather be (this is what seems most logical) equipped with a socket
lightning now (we sawof the
photos of products that may already match) Or would they move on to
wireless? Doubt remains at this stage!
In your opinion, which solution will be chosen by Apple?
- Keep current headphones and add an adapter
- switch to headphones with a lightning jack
- switch to wireless headphones
- another idea?
In the editorial office, we vote instead for a clear choice, namely providing
headphones now equipped with a lighting jack, et
marketing of an accessory for connecting classic headphones with a jack
3.5mm jack to the lightning socket, for those who want to reuse their
hardware with the new iPhones.
