An essential app joins the Apple Vision Pro

While very popular apps such asWhatsApp,Instagram,Facebook,YouTube,NetflixorSpotifyhave not yet reached the milestone, the Chinese social networkTikTokhas just announced its arrival in visionOS.

What about other social networks?

While applicationsYouTubeetNetflixare offered natively on theMeta Quest 3, visionOS is not entitled to it.

ConcerningYouTubehowever, while we thought that the Vision Pro App Store would be deprived of it,Googlerecently announced thatan application was on its roadmap. Meanwhile, users can useJuno,a third-party YouTube appdeveloped by Christian Selig.

On the side ofNetflix, the company chose tonot offering an optimized version for visionOS. Red N customers will have to make do with the browser version of the app. In a press release, the platform explains:“Our subscribers will be able to enjoy Netflix on the Vision Pro web browser, the same way our members can enjoy Netflix on Mac.”
