Clearly, the torpor of August is already well behind us and the storm of September is getting ahead of us. We mentioned this morning the quasi confirmationfrom the date of the September 2018 Apple keynote, then thedifficulties naming new iPhones herebefore learning a little more about thenew Apple Watch and iPad mini. But these are the three iPhone X models that are getting the most attention! Star analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has indeed shared his latest information withdetailed specs, while Barclays also made a trip to Asia. Here's what you need to remember:
Dates de sorties iPhone Xs 2018
The three new full-screen iPhones will be announced the week of September 9 (the 12th, see above), but if theOLED models in 5.8 and 6.5 inches will be available in September, this would not be the case at all for the 6.1-inch LCD model. The latter would be the victim of production difficulties (a classic for brand new models at Apple).
Double SIM ?
For Kuo, both 6.1 and 6.5 inch iPhones should be available insingle or dual sim version. But this latest version would be reserved for China.
A detailed table of anticipated specs is also shared.
We learn that the 6.5 inch model (the iPhone X Plus or Xs Plus) would have a battery in 2 parts of3300 to 3400 mAh, the 5.8-inch iPhone X model also has a double battery, with a capacity between2700 and 2800 mAh. Finally, the 6.1 inch LCD model (iPhone 9?) would have a simple battery version of2600 to 2700 mAh.
The iPhone X “Plus” with a 6.5-inch screen would have a definition of
2688 x 1242 pixels, the 5.8-inch model would retain that of the current iPhone
And the stylus?
Notable point in the context where support for the Apple Pencil stylus had been mentioned, for Kuo this would not be the case, because it is not practical to use.
AirPods 2, 3D Touch
Other rumors from Barclays indicate that:
- The iPhone X LCD model would not integratenot 3D Touch(this had already been mentioned) just like the OLED iPhones from next year.
- Ofnew AirPodsare not planned before the end of next year (2019), but a wireless charging box is planned for the conference.
