Of theiPhone, iPad and Apple Watch accessories, he comes out regularly. Therefore, it is impossible to keep up and try everything. To date, we can still identify more than330 accessory testsmade on iPhon.fr, to readin this section.
So we sometimes take advantage of your time and your good intentions to share, by publishingour readers' impressionsfor some accessories that we have not yet tested. This was the case recently with the controllerMFi PXN-6603 tested by Alain. And this morning it'sJerome, aliasJeGuitare on Twitterwho sent us his feedback ona transparent case with kickstand for iPhone, signed ESR, quite similar to aanother transparent case tested in our columns, from Ubegood(but without crutch):
- The ESR transparent silicone case with kickstand is available here for iPhone XR
- And available here for other iPhone models, X and XS/XS Max in particular
This is Jérome's iPhone XS Max which benefits from this case, here is what he thinks of it, supporting photos:
According to Jérome, the ESR shell provides excellent protection against impacts.
He highlights agood hardnessprotection and the fact that it covers the iPhone on every edge, even the corners.
He also appreciates the transparency of this model, which allows the curves of the iPhone to be exposed:
It is the integrated “stand” which makes this hull unique and its strong point. It is made of metal and particularly suitable for an iPhone
This crutch can also helphold the device in your hand by pinching it between your fingers. This is a plus to avoid seeing the iPhone slip from your fingers during a slightly hectic selfie, for example.
The hull is not free from defects. It is quite heavy (69 grammesprecisely) and also (logically) adds several millimeters of thickness to the iPhone. It is true that for an iPhone XS Max, already oversized, this can be important.
But priced at less than twenty euros, this ESR protection with kickstand will certainly appeal to many iPhone owners, whether X, XR, XS or even XS Max.
